WHAT YOU NEED
- 50ml Tequila Blanco
(Casamigos Blanco Tequila)
- 25ml Fresh lime juice
- 20ml Triple Sec or Cointreau
- 15ml Agave syrup
- 2–3 slices of fresh red chilli
- Ice cubes
- Optional garnish: chilli slice,
lime wheel, or smoked salt rim
HOW TO
1 Muddle the Chilli
In a shaker, add your
chilli slices and muddle
lightly, enough to
release the heat but
not overpower.
2 Add Liquid Ingredients
Pour in the tequila,
lime juice, triple sec,
and agave syrup.
3 Shake it up
Add ice, shake vigorously
for 10– 15 seconds until
well chilled.
4 Prepare the glass
Rim a rocks glass with lime
juice and dip it in smoked
salt or chilli salt for an
extra layer of flavour.
5 Strain, Garnish & serve
Add a fresh chilli slice
or lime wheel for flair.
